come on!

The same tackle he was sent off for in the united game last year?

He is right to ask the question why it wasn't a foul given that the same warranted a red card 12 months ago

so, Your summary of today game is that Canaries have been harshly treated? Or You're just having a retrospective sarcasm on United love?

clearly the latter you spaz. Come on now.

cheers

I am saying that seeing as we questioned every tackle past year in the wake of Kompany's sending off, such a tackle, had it been against us, would have warranted the cries "but Kompany was sent off for that last year"

He won the ball last year, and he won the ball yesterday, but two very different outcomes

We all know that sending off was bollocks, but if thats the way the refs are gonna apply the rules so inconsistently, I think Hughton is right to question the tackle and put pressure on the referee.

The tackle for our 2nd goal could've gone either way and i doubt anyone would've been surprised had the ref blown. Funny that Hughton doesn't mention the gift wrapped present that they received when Vinnie very fairly won the ball on the edge of the box and was penalised for their 1st goal. Some you win.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Thanks for expanding nicely, just for my daft understanding sake, Matey. You know... I am faulty on many levels as Doomie well knows... :-)
I am more focused on what pointed out by branny above (who magnanimously passed on recalling 2 penalties denied), as I am increasingly suffering a lind of "siege sieckness" but You are right nonetheless there.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

I think the tackle yesterday was much more dangerous than the one last year. If I wouldn't have known which of the two tackles had resulted in a red card, I would have guessed for the one yesterday. However, I don't know if even the one yesterday should have resulted in a red card either... It's all about intent anyway and noone in his right mind would think that Kompany ever tackles maliciously.

I don't know if that's good input on my behalf but it's input at least. I however agree with Hughton questioning the decision, as it is a tackle that can be followed by a red card and indeed has. I mean... if it would have been against us I would have hated the tackle regardless of whether it was ok or not.

I think it's ok that he complains about it. Managers moaning about decisions should be allowed to be part of the game, it's fun and it's a chance for them to show sympathy for frustrated fans. It's the sheer idiocy and apparent double standards of Fergie that drives anyone who isn't a United-supporter mad.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."
