Milner gets my vote, closely followed by Barry. Milners' entire game was summed up by his superb run in the 1st minute of time added on, which should've resulted in a goal had Sinclair showed even a quarter of Milners' hunger and got himself on the end of it.

Milner should start every game for me. I know it's difficult sometimes (especially when Nasri is available and Barry/Yaya are nailed-on) but the drive he gives to the team is incredible. Added to which are his intelligence/dangerous crosses/excellent shot and he has a superb understanding with Silva. Oh, and he can hit the ball a long distance accurately. Too much in his arsenal to be on the bench as much as he is....

A high chance I would've thought. Definitely the player of the first half of the season for me.

I voted for Dzeko, although there were many other players that could've gotten it from me as well. Dzeko worked his ass off to the benefit of Silva and Aguero. Good for him to crown his effort with a goal as well.

Me too. He intercepts so many passes they never get a chance to get going. Add to that his coolness on the ball and work ethic and he's a brilliant lb. best I've seen in blue.

Milner - chronically under-used by City for the past 2 seasons, is coming to the fore. Ya Ya's absence should give him a real chance to shine.
