Not really. Wife has always aired on the blue side. Although not a big football fan she did accompany me to the odd game. We had a barbecue for the Cup final v Stoke and despite her dislike of any clothing that is football related, she donned a City shirt for the occasion. If we are on holiday she is happy to sit in a bar and watch City games. She knows my love of all things City runs deep and isn't silly enough to make any arrangements when they are playing. My daughters birthday is early December and my missus knew that 9th December was off limits. She came to the pub for the QPR game and then the parade in Manchester. She broke her foot that night and it's still not healed properly. After the parade she went for a meal with her mate and they bumped into Bobby Manc, had a photo with him. I do occasionally get the odd "bloody footbal comes first" comment but overall me, the wife and City coexist quite nicely.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Married for 20 years to a scouse 1 fan.... She always felt sorry for me but now the tables have turned...just wish we could hammer them at anfield so i can really put our relationship to the test. She is a good'n' and has always known that football and me come as a package and she accepted that from day 1.

My Wife has got no interest in football whatsoever and it's never been a problem for us. I've got the matches as my thing to do and she has evening classes as hers. We'll often go out for a meal or to see a film after final whistle to do something together.

It's not a healthy relationship when 90 minutes of football ruins it. Why stop someone trying to do something they enjoy?

Very lucky guy. Without screamin about it, er indoors is a City maniac. She started coming when we moved to Coms and has been a season ticket holder for about 9 years now.if I said we were gonna watch the reserves at Sunderland she'd be up for it. Done plenty of europe. What's more, I know it sounds patronising to the ladies, but I reckon she's a pretty good judge now. Often picks out the key elements of games, can see the pattern of play and what various players contribute.Doesn't half make life a lot easier. All my mates want to marry her and Darren in east 106 l is always trying to kiss her, the cheeky bastard.

i have to admit that if i had been courting in WW2-ravaged Europe -- let's just say that i was Scandinavian for example -- i'd have dated a female Nazi spy if i was smitten with her. No ifs, ands or buts.

A rag? I'd give her an anal creampie everytime we won, we lost, or they won just for good measure. If we drew and they lost we'd go to the movies and some dinner.

cheers

That has to be the worst attempt at a quote ever, especially when you consider your cursor ended up about an inch away from the quote button you seem to have missed.
