other FA Cup games this weekend.

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I was happy for West Ham to win and happy that they now to the Swamp for an extra game. BFS tried to play the game out and got beat by a longball and a great take and finish. Sort of ironic really.

Anybody know when the replay is?

He's single handedly carrying them.

He really is its ridiculous. At least that's an extra game for them now.

I don't buy this 'extra game' theory. Are we sad we won because that means an extra game for our players?

He's unbelievably good, call me a rag lover and the usual insults but he's the best player in the league - said it last season as well.

Not signing him was a huge error on someone's part, I mean how much does Mario get? You would have given the lad his wages and then some more.

Sadly I believe it was all down to RVP wanting to go to the swamp and nowt else

Guaranteed a start. The bonus was that we pushed up the price for United.

Cheers pal. Right inbetween the Liverpool and Spurs games. It may help, it may not but it'll put that little bit of extra pressure on them going forward. If they get through then they'll play the next round on 16th/27th Jan so again, no midweek rest.

You would hope that we did everything to try and get him. Great player and could sadly seen them take our title off us.

Don't kid yourself, they're still pretty good without him. If he's the difference then that means we must be average.

Very true mate but how many strikers can we accommodate, especially on high wages.

They are a very good side and have real strength in depth but as today showed, they're very dependant on RVP. West Ham were holding their own and United didn't have a real chance until he came on.

I take it Taggart was giving Kagawa a run-out as he doesn't seem the player that all the Rags are raving about?

That rapist goal was ridiculous. There are probably 3 other players in the world that could control that pass without breaking stride and then finish it on the wrong foot.

We have none of them. Without him i think we would win the league and the rags would struggle to score against anyone in the top half of the table.

Well he got lucky in the derby mate if Nasri would have shown the same balls in that wall as he did fronting Bassong at Norwich he would'nt have scored and their lead would only be 4 points not 7.

I don't think anybody would disagree but to get these players in we payed top dollar and it's hard to shift those type of earners, for the obvious reasons.
