Fifpro World 11 team consists of La Liga players. Shame no one from the Premier League could make it.

Amazed that they can pick a team solely from La Liga.

Not one player from the Champions league final. Not one player from the Euro 2012 runner up.

Its a big la liga wankfest.

Del Bosque given the award for Men's manager of the year. Beat Pep and Maureen.

It's like football only exists in Spain to them. What happened to Fifa being world wide?

Just said on the radio that Mourinho didn't bother to turn up due to his Spanish players being there.

There's a few online sites claiming it's because of his 'strained relationship with his players' - he has said it's because they have a cup match in two days. He looked like he'd given up in their last game though.

Isn't Fifpro world 11 open to votes from all Fifa registered players worldwide ? Still strange that only La Liga players made it !
I think the Ballon d'Or is restricted to a smaller voting college (National teams Mangers and National teams captains). Not sure though ?
