Now, Mr Hughes, what do you say to that.

Tbf if Harry can keep it together at anything like the present level, he will have proven he can organise a team rather than just purely relying on bullshit & proven that he can get his message accross better than Hughes.

Watching Chelsea 1st half & apart from Lampard, I don't think they won a single 80/20 between them, let alone a 50/50. It's a good job they have talent, because they have no balls. Great bit of goal poaching by Walters; sneaked round the Chelsea player, dived forward & buried it in the back of the net. Ok, it was at the wrong end, but still quality.

John Walters with his 2nd own goal.
Chelski get a pen a min later and Lamps blasts it in the top corner for 3-0

sad that we can even be talking about being only 5 pts above Spurs. Tells the tale of honestly what is a crap points haul thus far. Rags are jacking their boners over it, as they should be. They are mostly crap, getting the points and we're struggling.

Tomorrow either turns it around or seals it for me unless the Scouse filth can do something. We need a result, and i don't mean all 3, but we need something. If filth win and we lose, it's pretty much going to seem like a foregone conclusion to me. If we are 9 pts adrift there is the slimmest of hopes though. 7 or 4 and it's still game on.

cheers

It might get worse if Chelsea win their game in hand and we lose. 10 behid United and 1 in front of Chelsea.

I'm feeling confident.

Stoke had 4 own goals in last 3 games 2 today and 2 against Southampton , and i think Walters is guilty for 3 , something strange is going on .They got 4 today , Pulis will be piss off :)

I'd say Walters is obviously a fan of football. This will obviously piss of pulis, as he prefers his teams to leave a foul odour wherever they go.

I don't think our points total is crap at all, it is a good haul and we are 2nd in the league so to say we are struggling is frankly ridiculous and completely over-reactionary. The fact is though that United have been exceptional in earning points, I and you may not like it but there it is. As for Spurs, they are a good side and yes they are not as flamboyant as they were under Redknapp but nevertheless they have good players and are a good side who have had a terrific run of form in their last 10 matches. Despite that they are still 5 points away from us.

Keep it in perspective, i think if we can get a point tomorrow i'll be satisfied with that regardless of United's result. They will drop points and we are playing much better in last 4-5 weeks and whatever happens the title race is clearly not over tomorrow.

I would say our points total is at the bottom end of decent IF we are planning/hoping to win the league. We are 3 points above an average of 2 points per game with 17 points to go which puts on on target for 2nd place maybe 3rd.To win the league we would need more like 10 points above the 2 average and even then the scum would have to have a bad time.To get 10 points above the 2 average we would need something like 12 wins and 5 draws in the remaining games.Sounds like a tall order but that's what we are going for.

So for me ,whether we have a crap points total or nor might depend on whether you are looking for us to win the league or not.
