Sure does. I mean our bench is a deffo a sign that competition in the modern footballing world is skewed but... whatcha gonna do? Love it.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

I do get pissed off with some of the Beebs stats:

Manchester City

•City are yet to lose a league game after opening the scoring this season (W11, D1).

•The 19 Premier League goals City have conceded this season is 10 fewer than Manchester United's total of 29.

•The two Manchester clubs have missed five penalties this season, only one fewer than the rest of the Premier League put together.

They always seem to get the Rag angle in but out of all the stats recently why the fuck would you throw the penalty one in? The Rags have actually missed 3 of them 5 but there's no fucking mention on the Rags preview!

Compare and contrast, could they not get anymore stats on there. Wankers!

Manchester United

•The league leaders now have 55 points from 22 Premier League matches, the club's highest-ever tally at this stage of a top-flight season. Jose Mourinho's 2005-06 Chelsea team are the only side in the Premier League era to fare better, having gained 61 points from their first 22 games.

•United's record of 18 wins from the opening 22 games has only been matched or bettered on four occasions: Preston (18 wins) in 1888-89, Sunderland (19 wins) in 1891-92, Tottenham (19 wins) in 1960-61 and Chelsea (20 wins) in 2005-06.

•Sir Alex Ferguson's side have won nine of their last 10 league games, earning 28 points out of 30.

•They have won eight league matches from losing positions, recovering an unrivalled 24 points.

•They have the most different scorers in the Premier League this season (16).

•However, they have conceded 29 goals - more than nine other sides. The most goals they have conceded in a full Premier League season is 45 in the 1999-2000 title-winning campaign.

•Robin van Persie has scored 65 goals in 77 league appearances since January 2011, and nine in his last nine league games. United have won all 14 league matches in which van Persie has scored.

•Ryan Giggs awaits his 650th league appearance for Manchester United.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

Imho on this kind of games, at home against the likes of Fulham, Villa etc we should be able to put in one youngster on the bench. Suarez or Lopes for example ahead of Ballotelli for example.

[scroll]Come on Citeh![/scroll]

Be stronger than snow and Jol's decent side!

If we are able to keep knocking on the filth door till their crowded and demanding February and March (Hevean forbid, I want them to progress in the FAC!), there's a serious chance that door shall open, all the sudden, then. and we shall start smelling the flavour of their shitted pants.

Glad Bob go for the continuity on the Team who is performing, and even more to see our luxury options back on the bench: wish that the game shall present the chance to save some minutes to Bazza legs and hope to see Nasri coming in and show that he is that same of the recent games; if he become a tad consistent.... :-)

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!
