You miserable cunt, haha

I can't believe anyone at the club would be thinking solely in financial terms over this deal, aside from anything else if we don't sign a top notch replacement Mancini is virtually unsackable as no manager can be expected to defend his title with a weaker squad

I'm hoping that by the time I get off the plane tonight and fire up Abu Dhabi sports for the first time, we will have a monster replacement beaming at me in gods own blue shirt

Good luck abroad mate.

[strike]For what it's worth I think that with this and last night we have kissed goodbye to the title also. Stupid timing unless we have a replacement lined up[/strike].

At 20m it is a fabulous deal for us. His value was decreasing and that wasn't about to be reversed. Now perhaps we can use that fee and some of the room on the wage bill created, to get somebody in who will actually contribute.

This.

Mario had potential but potential isn't enough to justify his spot, We need 4 strikers who can all contribute at the same high levels.

Give Guidetti at a shot now and move on to buying Cavani in the summer I say!

Good luck to Mario though, It's been emotional!

Goodbye Mario. I'll watch out for you on Eurosport in a couple of years when you're playing in the Russian or Turkish league.

mistake to let him go. Especially if we don't have a replacement lined up. and to AC Milan ... who fucking laughed at us for having dreams of getting to the top table.

from the display against QPR ... none of our remaining 3 strikers are up for what's required in this title run ... so hopefully we've got an ace up our sleeves.

Bye bye Mario Balotelli, you were a massive pain in the arse but you will be greatly missed for you moments of pure footballing genius; for being a bit part of the 2011/2012 premier league winning team and the team that smashed Man United 6-1 :( i really hope you reach your potencial at Milan, always hoped it would work out at city. Why Always Me! Bye Super Mario

Sadly 1 goal & no assists this season barely even qualifies as 'bit part' though. And that's why we have let him go.

My thoughts exactly regarding Mario, although I still believe we will retain the title. I think there must be a replacement lined up, I can simply not believe a club in our position would take such an unnecessary gamble and Bob wasn't complaining about the squad size when talking about the sale of Mario.....there must be someone coming in, if not this is the worst bit of business ever.

I agree, SWP, Adam Johnson, Nigel de Jongh, I was sorry to see them all go.

Sad to see him go. Just think that the next time he needs a dump he'll have to find a school in Milan.
Oh, Balotelli,
He's a legend,
He's fked off.

Buon viaggio, Mario, you mad bastard.

Maybe Mancini is off at the end of the season. If no one is signed in this window I will take it as an indication that Mourinho is on the way.
