By the end of this season, I hope the mere thought of City turns frrguson into a scottish version of Herbert Lom in the pink panther

The thread title sounds like the name of a video game. I like it.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

I dunno really, sometimes shit seems too one sided but I refuse to believe there is a specific agenda against us.

I do believe however that the rags are media darlins and more often than not get the rub if the green on and off the field.

Whisky has denied the charge btw. Hope he gets the book thrown at him.

Fair enough.

He may well do, but when you have friends in power and media you will get "rubs of the green".

It stinks like a decaying body and the fact that some can't see it amazes me.

You don't need major decisions. You just need a propeganda machine and a governing body that can alter its rules IF YOUR TEAM NEEDS IT.

I think its fair to say they haven't been getting nearly the same ludicrous decisions this season as they were last season. And the same could be said about us.

But when we looked like running away with it last season, all of a sudden we had a disciplinary record like a team of thugs with suspensions flying... while they got handed absolutely everything. And it so nearly worked. The best team almost finished second.

The power is there and as long as it is, these "coincidences" that have been happening for years now, will be too.
