Well, that negative team scored two goals & the players I mentioned either scored or assisted, so I don't know what would've been a positive team in your opinion today? Three strikers? Back two? Would you rather have seen Tevez, Nasri or even Sinclair instead of Barry, Garcia or Silva?! Are you confident that we would've won the game with another line-up?

Our so-called negative team conceded 9 shots off target, 4 shots on target, 10 corners & 2 goals today, both of which were long range efforts. Given that important players are missing from our team, I thought the starting 11 today was reasonable. Understand now?

You were happy with that in a game we needed to win? As soon as the team was named I knew we'd create next to nothing and that was how it panned out. Why is that so difficult for you? Maybe you are just easily pleased.
We were very fortunate to get a point and we never looked like getting the win we needed. Both our goals were against the run of play. As bad a performance as I've seen this season, but wholly predictable.

I'm not happy with a draw & I thought we were poor for the most part as well, but I don't think the outcome was predictable after looking at the line-up. You haven't answered any of my questions either. I'd really like to see that attacking team you're calling for.

Of course it was predictable. I predicted it.

I didn't. It was not predictable to me. And you still haven't answered any of my questions.

That was the worst first half defensive display I've seen from us in a while. If Garcia/Lescott worked against QPR, why change it? I'm glad Nasty itch got pulled because he was pants. Our respect for possession was dreadful and we gave up the ball cheaply sooooo many times. Too many aimless long balls.

I think it's pretty obvious why Maicon came on. The switch to a 3-5-2 was working well, Dzeko needed some service so Maicon is your man to deliver the good crosses. It almost worked too. Why Silva tried to find Aguero when Dzeko was right in front of him, in open space, with the goal at his mercy is beyond me. From now on I'm going to count the number of times Silva and Aguero pass the ball to Edin. I predict I'm going to need just one hand to do it.

Overall though, a panicky poor display. Welcome back Yaya.
