I don't think that Mancini comes out with super tactics, and maybe he's got them wrong in this game? I don't know ... but i'd like to think we can set up in almost any formation with the players we got and at the very least AVOID being down 2-0 to southhampton.

Bob is responsible for our short passing, no pace, cat and mouse style approach. great when a team stands back and admires us, but when teams get amongst us we look really short of ideas. If we miss the top four (not beyond the realms) or we get knocked out of the cup, then he really will need to go.
I'm bored of saying he should already be out the door, but it has been easy to see we weren't going to make a real concerted challenge. And so it has proved. It amazes me some can't see it.

Because Bob cant prepare a team mentally and never has been, meaning it's down to the players to prepare themselves - which becomes harder to do when player leaders are sold for peanuts or out injured. And when there's no inspirational speech from the chairman just before kickoff.

I think tactically Mancini is shite , he proves it all the time in Europe and does his best to equal that in the prem.
