Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Still scratching my head why the ref didn't give it...Massive let off. If that was the rags we would be all kicking off.

Alongside him are nine others not named Zabaleta. Abject.

Sinclair and Milner are the only direct attacking players on the bench, if you don't count Maicon/Kolarov playing wide. No recognised striker.

How shit are our players today, they can't even pass a ball!

Where do you start, Barry's mistake or Joe's? Pitiful play that gifted them 2 goals. They're forcing the issue and the lack of quality passing is making us look very poor. In fact, I'm wondering which team are current champions?

For the 2nd half we need Yaya and Dave controlling the play. Sergio needs to get his head sorted out and Garcia needs to be anywhere other than on the pitch.

Give credit though, Southampton are playing very well and you could predict that they would play these tactics against us. Time for Mancini to earn is corn and sort this shit out, even if it means upsetting some of the big names.

Why Yaya did that at all it was so like on purpose and hes shite but Bob will never sub him , but Nasri , nothing again and Milner is on bench

After so many poor evaluations maybe you should just sit back and let things unravel. If it were down to you we'd have some Daily Mirror approved former rag cunt running the show. Probably Bryan Robson. But despite your objections we went with Mancini and ended up with league title and FA Cup. Goes to show what you know.

Lucky to be only one down. We really don't like teams that have lots of energy and press hard do we?

The key though isn't just that we are not playing well, mostly due to Southampton, but we have made 2 shocking mistakes.Barry and Joe have effectively gifted two goals.

But real credit to Southampton and credit too to Edin.It did seem to be a lucky goal in the end but he showed true strikers instinct for that finish.I can think of plenty of strikers who would get glowing tributes for the adjustment he had to do just to get it on target.

Now what will Mancini do to improve things or will Vinnie get into the dressing room and sort them out. It's a shame Nasri missed the team bus isn't it?

Having a top quality coach makes a huge difference, sadly we dont

get a grip? If we really do have the best squad in the league then telling the players to come out with short passing and possession away from home shouldn't be something that breaks the team and has everyoen making stupid errors all over the field.

Are you then implying that Rodgers is a top quality coach? Because if so I would say you are the one that needs to get a grip.

Yes Rodgers is a better coach than Mancini, i have no doubt about it.

Stopped reading there ... then I felt bad, so I went back and read the rest.

When will the prick learn that football is not a game of chess and you cant predict what everyone else is going to do. Where is the urgency and slick passing that we know any professional footballer can do if coached correctly.

There is not one player who has improved under Mancini. Aguero was exceptional but has gone off the boil, Tevez, Silva, Nasri, Yaya, Hart all the same

Wish I hadn't.

Zaba is a hero and that run for the assist was pure Zaba but he hasn't that good a game has he. Not in the frame for the first goal!Maybe it's ok he is that far forward but maybe he read the situation all wrong to go when he did.Nutmegged too easily for what should have been a pen.

Oh as I said, you HAVE forgotten Sunderland, Dortmund, Ajax, Madrid, Arsenal, Scouse and QPR was only just over a week ago.
We have ended up ten points behind a side nearly everybody believed was inferior to us. Lost to a a poor sides youth team in one cup and didn't even show up for the CL, which was supposed to be the next frontier.
Shows what you know.

Not wrong, the effort is there as always but even he's not been at his best. Have to credit Southampton, their style under Pocchetino, much like the Dortmund games, is one we can't seem to play against
