No successful business would disincentivize one of their key employees like that when so much depended on them (and when they could sabotage the business as a resul). So I would call it bullshit.

Short memories make discussion worthless. So Mancini developed us into having the best defense in the league, then the best attack in the league... then took it all away?!

Both aguero and Tevez have gone backwards this season Balo never got any better even with his father figure helping him. So no I don't have a short memory and I don't class myself as stupid.

If you are happy to accept performances like this that's up to you but I'm not.

Neither has Mick McCarthy, Steve Bruce, Martin O'Neil, Fat Sam, Ian Holloway, Alan Pardew, Tony Pulis, David Moyes....

99% of managers have never been given the chance to manage a team with the ability to win the title. That is not a reason why they are better than those who have. 99% of business owners are not given the responsibilities of a Fortune 500 executive. That is not a reason to speculate that they could do a better job!

Our players have let us down. It's as if someone slipped our squad nyquill before the game.

Well done, take a snippet of my comment.

My argument is that a quality manager over achieves with his team. Moyes is a prime example, Rodgers is looking like doing it now, Klopp with dortmund. Manicini is under achieving with us and just comparing cup wins is not a fair assessment of different managers

Southampton = what happens when 11 men try to win a game of football.

Lessons can be learnt.

Think this is the worst I have ever seen Gareth Barry play. Can't even get the basics right.

We were exciting to watch for a few months. We haven't been the same for over twelve months now.
So which bit is wrong about Mancini turning an exciting team into the one before us now?

After this game, i think we should take this on the chin and accept we have lost the league...Massive backwards step on last season..No fight in this team.. Gave Mancini benefit of the doubt 1st half, but his substitutions have baffled me, so he can fuckoff and except as much blame as the players.

if you think mancini was so instrumental in winning us the fa cup and the league then you must think that he is the main cause for losing us the league this seaon so.

Barry putting in a God's honest 0 out of 10 performance here. Impressive how absolutely fucking awful he and many others have managed to be.

I am inclined to agree. Playing like they're on Ketamine, apart from Zabs no desire. Mancini isn't the man to get the best out of this squad in this league.

I'm struggling to think of a worse team performance by us in recent memory.

Are you five? I mean, I think Bigblue can defend himself so I'm not getting into your discussion. See this as a comment from the sidelines. Are you five?

And it went in."
