Typical.. resorting to insults because we cant discuss the real fucking issue.

You're the fuckwit who resorted to insults by questioning whether we enjoyed an own goal against the club we love.

Retaliation. That's all.

Fair point.

Hey Brains, you do realise if we hadn't appointed Mancini, we would have been allowed another manager, who could spend almost limitless resources. Just imagine, that chap would also have been able to spend a ton of cash and may well have delivered us a cup, a title and maybe (whisper it) some joy in Europe?
It's a thought.

This thread isn't just a product of the first 20 mins of this game.

We've been largely garbage this season, Liverpool and today has me feeling that we're a team that is lost with absolutely nobody steering the ship.

Mancini is once again doing a very good impression of a rabbit in the headlights.

Maureen wouldn't be my choice, but which top manger would have this squad of players playing so badly this many times in a season?

The world lauded over him last year for mixing it up and playing toure advanced. We didn't all see it like that as a fuckwit would have toure up there, but all the plaudits went his way. Yet not once this season has he done it and the guy is next to useless playing deep.

Plus he has no bollox, or he really is an idiot, as not playing Milner after his last few games is a fucking joke.

'Typical City' makes an unwelcome return.

I don't appoint the manager.
But with the resources we had, there were few managers in world football who we couldn't have attracted.
I think we made the wrong choice.

To be fair mate, I actually agree with you. There's a feckin' change.

I'm sure the girls will be wanting a change but even though I cannot stand Mancini, he's earned his stripes.

You don't sack him either but it doesn't stop you moaning about it. Answer the question. It's a fair one.

Its a good while ago, so it isn't really that fair.
For what it's worth, my stance at the time was that I didn't particularly want to see Hughes sacked.

Why give Mancini a new big, fat contract and then sack him? Wonder if there's a bustup over Mario leaving? WTF going on with Tevez? Leaving him on the bench recently and not in the squad today over family issues?
Leaves a nasty taste in the tongue all of this.

Well Bobby had another of his blonde moments tonight by picking Nasri over Milner. Now if any on here can explain that one i might feel better but at the moment i think Bob fucked it up by his original team choice.

So have we turned into fans who demand the next big name manager after only 1 season of not winning anything? I sure as hell hope not. This thread is shite

Mourinho has Real Madrid underperforming just as much as Mancini has City underperforming.

Both should be getting much more out of the players they have available & have been pretty useless this term.

Hahahahaha...the only thing remotely linked to stable that you want at the moment is a findus LasagneRoger...:-)

I think if you demand a sacking, you should come clean and tell us your choice.
Mancini out...but who in?

Gillie,
On the face of it I would agree about the MIlner thing Mate but what we don't know is the info privy to Mancini from the sports medical team. That group who advise on energy levels, overplaying and who can predict when a player's energy levels are about to drop.

Maybe that was the case with Milner and he wouldn't be fit for purpose in the future. It's the only reason I can think of that could make any sense. But like you I am groping in the dark.
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT
