Chump's League matches

Postby Clowncrete » Tue Feb 12, 2013 4:47 pm

So, it is Valencia vs PSG and Celtic vs Juventus tonight.

My prediction:

Valencia wins 2-1 and a 0-0 draw in the other game.

Celtic are due for a tonking at the hands of Juventus, and I fancy PSG to get a result in the other game.

Well that's not the start Celtic is looking for. Their keep needs to dive on that and give up his body. Juve on the other hand has to love quieting down that noisy stadium. Great game though very open with a lot of pace so far.

I still can't shake the idea of what a good team Valencia could've had:

David Villa, Soldado, Silva, Mata, Banega, Costa, Rami

PSG look good even though this is their first season together, many of them,

I tell you what, the ref is certainly having an influence on the Celtic game. Stopping play when Celtic get a break, all one way in terms of decisions and now Hooper is being dragged around by the defender on a corner so the ref books them both. The defender does it again right in front of the ref but nothing said.

Strange calls.
