Guardian: After holding off his return for a couple of weeks, City will welcome back captain Vincent Kompany to the team against Chelsea.

Bonus. He better be ready.

It' s must win because they are 4 points from us Spurs 5 and Gunners 9 so i can't think abaut title now , i just want out of the hole and win this one and be clear second and if something rags fuck up , good , but i can't see them lost four games and we win all games sadly.
I would go with almost same eleven from Leeds game and course if-Kompany is fit then him in for Kolo , like how Kolarov play last game but yap Clichy is in defense stronger so him .Please Bob Nasri must earn to play and for now Kolo have more rights to play on his place then him.

Must win is right. If we slip up on Sunday we will get dragged into a battle for second, that's the last thing we want. It's a good thing they play in Europe tomorrow night.I will be looking on with interest to see what kind of a team they put out.

Is it 'must win' or 'don't lose'?

Think we need a win to secure second place and still have some unrealistic hope to at list make this Champions fight not just over yet. And we must be better then Chelsea under Benitez , think Bob is way better manager then him with whatever flaws he have.I just wanna see our players to really go for this win , they must show that they need this win more then Chelsea.

A draw is far from a disaster as it keeps the points gap over Chelsea intact however, I think though that for the team's self-belief and for the fans we could do with an important win against a good side like Chelsea.

If we play with the same intensity as we did last Sunday against Leeds and the fans continue to get right behind the team, then we will have a really good chance of winning the game

If we lose two more games between now and the debry, and they don't drop any more points till then ... then come derby day they could beat us to be crowned champions ... and we have those potential two games between now and then, i.e. this Chelsea game and then Everton away, so we better not let this bad situation we are in to get that worse ...

Should Kompany walk straight back in the team? is he ready ?

I think he's been ready for past two weeks, they didn't want to risk rushing him in against Saints (in the hindsight, it's was such an easy game after all, but their decision was based on paper we should have walked over that) ... and then against Leeds they just let him rest on ... at least that's how I read from various reports around both games ... DH might know more?

Chelsea XI v Sparta Prague: Cech, Ramires, Torres, Juan Mata, Oscar, Mikel, Moses, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Bertrand.

So who's a sure starter against us? ... Ba, Lampard, Ivanovic, Luiz, Cole, Hazard?

Must win, they all are now.

When the pressure is on a must win can be hard. This game isn't a must win, it's a don't lose. Although we want to win every game, we want to maintain that 2 game gap with a chance of grabbing the title.
