May I just add that Mancini got the tactics spot on and even though a few were a little mythed by the decision not to play Carlos and bring Rodders into the side, it all seemed to go very well. Very well indeed.

García in my book. Great cover at the back and good in possession. Milner second. Good hour from Rodwell.

Gone for LCS as I thought that was his best stint in a City shirt, don't agree that he is LCS as the lads been injured. Lets see him kick on from here and whether he maintains that level of performance, also thought he combined well with Ricky as well

I don't buy it. We've been crying out for Yaya to get up the park, bring another in behind and play 1 up top. And we don't get paid x million a year to manage God's own, so why did it take him so long to deploy the same 'master stroke' that served him so well last year? Rodwell's injury? But Garcia was fit, as was Barry....

I think Kolo would like to stay and is playing for a contract. Performances like that id say he is well worth another year.

What Does He Do? For score when we need to and great today overall .

Three way tie for me...Garcia, kolo played perfect but i voted Yaya cause he shows up when we really need him.

I'm going for Rodwell as he's been very unlucky with injuries this season, but was superb when on the pitch today. He was excellent defensively, but also involved in much of our attacking play. Plus he's a handful for the opposition on set pieces too. If he can stay fit, we could have an excellent player on our hands.

Honourable mentions also to:
- Hart: not an awful lot to do but great penalty save which will boost his confidence
- Kolo: did get caught out on the penalty, but commanded the defence today
- Milner: excellent as always, hopefully Mancini continues to play him, consistently one of our best players
- Garcia: improving with each game and appears to be settling into the side nicely, he had a great game today
