Certainly Rodwell's best game till he ran out of puff. If we've cured his injury problem, we may have got the player he looked like he could become a couple of years ago.

PS Nice to hear Shearer last night say how good Rodwell was before saying he thought he moved a year too soon and should have stayed for regular football. Because Everton would have played him with his injury. Obviously.

I don't even think he ran out of steam. He was taken off straight after clipping Cahill whilst on a yellow.

Oddly enough I often get told I look like a middle-aged George Best - and I'm not even 28 until April.

damned by faint praise they call that
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

That was my interpretation as well.

I would prefer a team list also.
The cryptic team list muddies the waters.

Kolo for me, the guy was a rock yesterday, closely followed by rodwell, if he had played the full game I'm sure he'd have been awarded motm, if he can get fit and keep playing the way he did then he'll become a first team regular

If they couldn't figure it out I wasn't about to tell them.
