I havent. I fantasize about us smashing them twice in one week and them crumbling. I daydream about their demise and our resurrection at least once a day.

As a spectator of football, watching Rushden & Diamonds, or Kidderminster Harriers take on Arsenal or Liverpool and earning a replay or whatever is refreshing and the buzz of the minnows' crowd and players is tangible. And no, i'm not looking it up to see exactly who played who in recent years, you get my point.
A cup competition where every professional & semi-professional team in the country have the chance to play each other - brilliant, and long may it continue.
To say the FA Cup is anything less than the greatest and most exciting cup competition in the world is wrong. The World Cup and Champions League are not true cup competitions. Yes, the FA Cup doesn't lead to Champions League and pots of money, but that is irrelevant to the childlike football fan inside each of us.
It's a travesty that the Final doesn't get a day all to itself, so every football fan can enjoy it, like when we were kids.
Winning it is fucking ace, and we are about to again I feel.
ps - double still on, you never know..

With the squad we have CHAMPIONS LEAGUE/PREMIERSHIP should be priority, anything else is a consolation prize.
What a load of shite. Never should City fans be so arrogant as to turn our noses up at a major trophy. Winning the Fa Cup would be fantastic

This smacks of the same arrogance that we accuse (and despise them for) the rags of showing. The Premiership is the priority and of course we wanted a successful Champions League campaign, unfortunately it looks as if we are going to fail with the former and the latter was ultimately a shambles. For a club that has only won 2 major trophies in the last 36 years another FA Cup would still be a great achievement and something that I would be very proud of

Thank You City64, must admit I had a few glasses of red wine....bad idea before going on a forum.
But, the FA Cup, fantastic competition, but the BIG clubs do rest players, until at least the 6th round.
But, I was out of order.....not behaving like a hippy at all.

David Dunn was in tears after the game. Feel for him a bit, that was surely his final chance to get to Wembley (For the 1st time in his career)
