I thought he ran at players and beat them more consistantly than he has done for a while. He was a problem for them most of the game.

I agree and think he's doing a good job (although dont agree that this is something new). Our approach on the right is based on him taking on his man (like wingers are supposed to). The outcome is either a corner, a cross, an attempt on goal, or he's dispossessed.
I think his ratio is great this year, but too often we harp on the 4th of these outcomes as if it's a criminal offense.
It's like a rainbow lover complaining about rain.
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

I'm loathe to get on my hobby horse too much about it, but I find it ironic that he should be criticised so heavily for something he does far better than a player who is often lauded.
He had them frightened in the first half especially.
For what it's worth I thought we lost our attacking threat when Bellamy replaced Robson, and RSC, Adebayor. It shouldn't have been a problem but we became very disjointed after that.

Misplaced post Vhero. You will be copping some over this I expect.
