Absolutely no defence for that
"Retrospective action can only be taken in scenarios where none of the Match Officials saw the players coming together.
"The normal scenarios in which retrospective action is taken are for ‘off the ball’ incidents.
"Retrospective action was introduced for off the ball incidents where there was no contest for possession and could not be deemed to be re-refereeing an incident.
"In agreement with FIFA, this is how ‘not seen’ incidents are dealt with retrospectively in England. It is a policy that is agreed with all football stakeholders."
Zabaleta wrote:u want ur own player to be banned? back up Sergio at all times. Luiz threw an elbow at him first. Rooney two footed Milner in the derby, no speculation on that? its a brazilian/argentian thing between Luiz-Aguero.

No ones saying they want it but its pretty obvious what's going to happen. Sorry I back city with all my heart but I'm not back that stamp. It was an embarrassment to the club. There's no place for that in the game.

Classic stuff though as only 6 days earlier we had Rooney and Wellbeck doing two footed tackles in the derby and it's as if it never happened to the media/pundits etc.
