I should add that notwithstanding what I have said about them, Piccs, Ant and Doomie are amongst my favourite [strike]lunatics[/strike] posters too...:-)

Mine too, and that's why you can give 'em some stick ;-)

I'm happy today John, I have it from an excellently connected ITK source that it has already been decided Roberto Mancini (full name a la zabba) is on his bike. Apparently it's a badly kept secret in football circles. That's enough to perk me up. It's clearly true, as these ITK things usually are.
Hope this hasn't rained on your parade.

Watching the football Mancini plays is the only sedative you could need. :-)

I could always sing you a lullaby...or let you read some of you previous Mancini posts....:-)

You're gonna be well pissed off at the sight of Bob holding the FA Cup, smiling or clapping the crowds as they line the route. Seriously, how you gonna deal with it?

John. I have my ticket, I have my hotel booked. I know where the pubs are and I'll deal with it celebrating with the travelling blue throng. If we win of course.
Now you really are being silly.
But you know we should still be thinking of the title at this stage.

Yes Roger, I was being a little silly Mate....Though, as my post was quoting a post of yours; that winning the FA Cup would still leave you disappointed. It was difficult for me to be anything else.

I think I will just make sure I am not in the UK for the charity shield, your statement gave me the sudden realisation that every plastic rag going will attempt to rub our noses in it, them doing Wigan!!

By the time they play them in community shield, they'd be a championship side who'd have lost a few of their top players over the summer and probably their manager too ... and with that being Gollum's first competitive game in charge the scum will be well up for it (not like our shite today) ...

Yep, on top of everything, we just handed Moyles a trophy in his first game, just to ease him in

Apparently it is not a trophy this year, ask any rag. Of course come August it will be on par with the Champions League to the same people.

Wigan struggled to sell tickets for the Semi, their Final turnout was mediocre i can only imagine what the shield game will be like.

Buy a pie get a free ticket, they will just have to drop a load of tickets out of an aeroplane.
