Hmmm - tricky one. Wigan are a N W club but shit support and chairman who is a total helmet. And up until last year the Rags totally steam-rollered them every season and yet they took plenty of points off us.

Every year there's a side that thinks that they're safe and then drop like a stone towards the end. They don't always go down, but they still flirt with the drop. This year we seem to have a few that could fit that pattern. It's possible, though not very likely, that Wigan could overtake Swansea and finishin the top 10.

Looking at it again it was a fairly bad tackle but his Adam on hit shin pad. You can tell if a player is really hurt by how many times they role over after the tackle.

Just watched some La Liga during the weekend and nobody got hurt but I saw so much people rolling over I thought that's some sort of new craze like the harlem shake

If you've hurt yourself, you're only going to make it worse by rolling around a million times, especially if you've hurt your leg.

Perhaps some of us find it impossible to tell which teams will actually face the drop but just like to blabber on and have random words coming out of our keyboards? Have you ever though about that?

I for one liked the reserach by ADTV but could not get my head around which teams will survive and which team will join Reading and QPR. It's like thinking about day light savings; just can't get my head around whether or not the sun will rise earlier or later after you turn the clock forward one hour. Honestly I don't think anyone can, it's just too hard.

If they (Wigan) do, then Villa will be in big trouble unless they beat Chelsea.

If Norwich beat West Brom, Chelsea beat Villa and Wigan beat Swansea and Villa, then Villa will almost certainly go down.

The only things that could save them would be:

a) Newcastle failing to beat either QPR (a) or Arsenal (h), or

b) Sunderland failing win either of their final two games, against Soton (h) and Spurs (a).

It's entirely possible that Saints will lose their final two games (S'land [a], Stoke [h]) and go down, but Wigan wouldn't still need five points from their last three games and I just can't see them getting more than four.

As a relegation-threatened team, the last two teams I'd want to face on the final day are Arsenal and Spurs.
