Zabaleta's dad at Wembley?

Postby BobbyJ1956 » Tue May 07, 2013 8:53 pm

Does anyone know about Pablo Zabaleta bringing his dad over for the Cup Final? He flew home to Argentina when his dad had the accident, then came back to do his job for City saying it's what his father would expect, so it'd be great to see the two of them together at Wembley, father and son. Here's where MCFC tv could do a nice piece, or Sharon with her camera, if they're reading this.

I read a Zabba interview couple of weeks ago where he said he hopes his father could make it to Wembley as it would mean a lot for both of them but he wasn't sure then. I hope he will make it and he's there to see his son lift the FA Cup trophy!

I've not heard anything more about it, but I've not been looking. I hope there's an article on the official site about it if he comes over.

Just found a quote from Zabs saying his dad wont be at Wembley since it would be too much for him to travel (an ITV article).
