Let's just hope we where to start early this summer and not left with scraps like last time.

I know I know. This being my thread and all, I really should keep up appearances.

Peter Parker, you have been caught in the elaborate trap that is mancityfans.net. Literally dozens of posters are now laughing at you. The greatest, longest running practical joke ever played on this site has another victim.

Our lawyers will be in touch with waiver forms for you to sign. You will feature on an upcoming TV show where we showcase all the sad fuclers who've been victim to this trick over the years.

Thanks for being part of the fun and for being such a good sport.

Confirmed by who though? If this is another of those attention seeking youngsters on twitter pretending to be an agent I may just throw my computer out of the window. Do you have a source?

What's this about Pelligrini bringing Isco with him?

Just checked Cavani's stats for Napoli 101 goals in 135 games that's some record.I think we should meet his buy out clause and get him.

I'm surprised they're not connecting us to managers in Norway and Poland yet. And who might they bring?

Haha, I swear I had no idea who the hell "Novaretti" is. Wikipedia tells me that it's some 27 year old Argentinian (no caps) defender who plays in Mexican league for team called Deportivo Toluca. I tend to consider myself as someone who follows world football well enough. I have never ever even heard of this guy.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

so how would he go about getting a work permit then?

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has confirmed his liking for Roma defender Marquinhos.

The 18-year-old Brazilian only joined the Serie A giants in the summer from Corinthians, but he has emerged a first-team regular.

Now considered one of the best young defenders in Italy, City have been linked with a possible summer swoop - but Mancini does not think Roma will sell.

Asked if he was interested in the Brazilian by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mancini responded: "Marquinhos I like a lot, but I do not think that Rome is willing to sell it.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

The agent of Lazio star Stefan Radu has claimed that Manchester City have an active interest in signing the Romanian ace.

The left-back, who can also play in central defence, is reported to be high on Roberto Mancini's wish-list, although he sees him firmly as a centre-half.

The 26-year-old's agent, though, feels that Radu is being priced out of a move by Lazio.

"I have a very good relationship with the City officials," Victor Becali told prosport.ro.

"The boy is very appreciated by the manager and the staff. The idea is to have him play in the centre of the defence, next to [Matija] Nastasic. However, Claudio Lotito [Lazio president] asks 16-17 million euros for him."

Surely something is fucked here as theyre saying he'd play alongside Nasti...meaning Kompany would be the odd man out. bullshit.
i see this, if there is any shred of truth to it, as a backup center half and back up to Clichy.
