If panty had started that header would of just hit him in the face.

Hart out.

Its not Harts fault FCC.

You can say anything, but that header was powerfull and from that close range there was no way stopping it, unless it actually hits you in the face.
The most important thing for a forward is speed of thought. Top players read the game.

Can't blame Hart. If you're just slating him because he happens to be 6-8 inches shorter then that's ridiculous.
Hart didn't have that much to do. He did ok.

Really! You think he is that bad?
I think the lad is quality, but this season he has become arrogant. He's not had a good season, but with the defence, he has managed to get the golden glove again.
I wouldn't be getting rid of him. He just needs to knuckle down and work hard.

Bad call. Panti should have started, as he have earned it in my eyes. But lets be straight here. We where wank today.

Dont like these but ifs.

Fact is we have on paper one of the most awesome attacking forces in europe.. and we couldnt score against Wigan.

Under another manager we'd have scored more this season.

i think you are confusing the issue. if we have an awesome attacking force , then blame the midfield and defense for not getting the ball to them.

Fair enough.. but I dont think changing the keeper is why we lost this game.

More piss poor man management from Mancini. Agree that Panty should have kept schtum in the week but Lemons should have kept his place as a message to Hart that his season has been poor and to show the other "fringe" players that everyone will e dealt with fairly and transparently.

This was a cunts trick

Couldn't understand it but did it have any bearing on the match? Hart didn't make a save in the whole game.
Although, maybe the header for their goal may have hit big Panti in the face?
And his distribution may have been better?
Yeah, shoulda stuck with Panti

Joe was given the start because he's generally thought to be the better of the 2 but that can only be based on last season because he's looked dodgy so often this year. Anyhow, the display Joe gave did much to describe that Costel should get the start over Joe in the next game, not so much because of the goal but because Costel looks so much better in every area (dominates the box distributes quicker and more accurately etc).
My real concern is that we're likely to lose Costel this summer and end up keeping the lesser of the two goalies.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.
