How much of this is true? Could all this just be bullshit or is it beyond that now? Not a twitter or FB fan so I've not seen the comments.

Yes, but I guess we can afford it now as we won't be paying the exorbitant transfer-fee for Cavani any longer.

Set to leave?? That's hardly breaking news - "gone" "sacked" or "resigned" would be breaking news

God knows. I always got the impression he was Mancini's man. Whether we'd still be after him if we get a new manager I wouldn't know, but at the price being asked, I'd doubt it.

On the flip side.. would we need hom if Dzeko, Tevez and Aguero were scoring as they can?

If we get a new manager then all bets are off regarding comings and goings, I guess.

Don't agree with that, but it's just as sound an argument.

I don't think either point of view is disgraceful. We're entitled to say if we want him to stay or not.

I think the issues with the strikers is service not that they're not scoring goals. They just have fewer chances to do so

Pellegrini has got the best out Roque Santa Cruz this season I think he's got 11-12 goals

It's not there now.

Reading the Gueadians other story about Mancini http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/may/11/roberto-mancini-manchester-city-martinez (also on state media) I am not impressed that all Bobby seems to yarp on about is his unhappiness with those who pay his wages. How about an apology to the fans who drove down to manu land to see the players perform that shower yesterday? If he is obsessed with self perservation he is doing himself no favours by a) slagging his bosses off to the press and b) not apologised to the fans who were so let down yesterday (and, let's face it, all season).

I've just about ran out of patience with him. As someone put it so eloquently earlier, we won the title last season despite Mancini.

I suspect that he will be playing gold with Ferg soon enough.

Neveer sucked up to anyone in my 64 years but thnk Mancini is the best thing to happen to City since Mercer & Allison arrived. Wrong to sack him, sad day.

Apologies if this has been posted before but, if it's true that Bob is about to get the bullet, this surely means that Platt will also be receiving his P45.

I just wonder which other members of the coaching staff will also be kicked out and who will remain. This entire scenario could get quite costly.

Every cloud...

Does this mean we may also lose a couple of the top players from the EDS?

Don't know but reports on Twitter were that u18 coach has been sacked & from those who watch our younger teams they are pretty shit considering the potential in there - so would expect Lombardo to go as well
