Looking at NewsNow there is not one story confirming Mancini has been sacked but everyone of them speculating that he will be sacked this week.
If he goes, that's 3 manager's that have been treated unscrupulously by the club and for me, this is not what I want to see.
Sort yourself out Manchester City, you are making us look an absolute disgrace!
It is and it isn't poor treatment. I am assuming Pellegrini is in high demand, and if this is truly the person City want, there was little choice but to get it done before anyone else did. He could easily take another job if he didn't want to wait. The fact that our representatives have been seen talking him is pretty hard to hide. So unless these things could be done via phone, there is really not much City can do to stop the rumours. I mean what looks worse, denying them and sacking him the next day? or say nothing? Clearly the later, as there is no way to sack him on the eve of the cup final. And giving him a vote of confidence is as bad as Mancini giving his word to Costel and starting Hart. No win situation.
Could they have waited? Maybe, but would Pellegrini wait?

It's hard to keep under wraps but this whole story came from a meeting with Txiki and Pelligrini's agent as they sat there in the opne. It's spiralled out of control and more than probably had an affect on yesterdays game.
You never know, this might not be true and it's really Mourinho that's coming in.

We treated Hughes shockingly. Does anyone feel sorry for him now?
Southampton treated their previous manager shockingly. Are the fans complaining now?

You do when all the talk about the club is negative and we end up being the butt of jokes.
In the long run it may be a good move, but that doesn't mean we should mis-treat anyone, especially the person who gave us such emphatic memories and success.
If we aim to be a top club, we must operate better.

Chelsea have won more trophies than any other club in this country in the past 10 years. How you describe their off field conduct when it comes to managers?
