Vinny also did a lot of covering behind Clichy. He helped him out a few times when McManaman had got past

First of all, credit where's due: hat off to Wigan and Martinez for yet another heroic enhancement of the FA Cup romance. No other competition has the same history and none belongs more to any lover of the game, worldwide.

As per the match in itself I think it sums it up quite fairly a season well influenced by the natural fade in focus from a side which has gone so far in such a short while.

Yes, we fucked up two summers transfer windows in a row, yes we had too many injuries iro the previous season and 2 consecutive ACoN have withdrawn the most influential player in the edge of the season, yes we still are paying way too much money on the strike force's payroll for the reward we get, especially when the goings get tough, but overall and above all we are a side raised from National midtable to the global stage in two years and that's a process which commands time to be adjusted in every department and every walk of life.

Disappointed as anyone for the bitter flavour of missing a major trophy by the bravery of a lesser side, but very much confident that we shall bounce back with flair next term, particularly if the Club will finally start and back the manager instead of undermining his footballing idea.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

Overall I tend to agree about the TV thing. But it's a lot easier to see a player being dragged all over the shop when you're watching what the camera doesn't show.

I'm just glad Wigan won. I have a soft spot for Martinez and it's common knowledge how hard Whelan has worked for the club and aside from that, Wigan played really well and Mcmanaman had the game of his life.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion chinners - no matter how dum and negative it is. To be fair a few trips to wembley including losses is more than I had ever hoped for over the last 35 years. Happy to have been there in the knowledge I will be there again over the next few years.

Im wondering if after all this it would have been better to face the Rags/Chelsea in the final.
At least they would have been up for it.

Still gutted.

Ill be depressed all summer dude. Until we get a fresh start in the late summer. This one stings more than some craptastic league fuck up obviously. Why couldn't we get up for it? Super puZzling.

I apologised for my drunken rant on saturday :-( not my best moment. Had a bit of a carl moment. However I should have aimed it at the team and not persons on the board. Just a few comments from folk who support a certain player or just the manager and not the team, really got to me.

I apologise sincerly once again. X
