After speaking to a few Blues who went it becomes clear that there was atmosphere growing, well before we got underway. From where I was, it was the same which meant that us fans weren't totally focussed on the game in hand.
What's surprising is that the club couldn't, or wouldn't, even bring out a basic statement to the effect 'Manchester City Football Club are fully behind Roberto Mancini and the players going into the FA Cup Final'. Nothing more needed to be said as it would all have been about the game, not the managers position going forward.
And the players, what would've been going on in their heads? They needed to remain 100% focussed yet they were allowed to go into the game not knowing what the hell was going on.
PS. It's not Vicky Kloss' responsibility to set policy, it's the people above her that make those decisions.
Are you for real Beefy ??? with that mindset Man City should have said Mancini will be sacked next week,,,,but carry on !!!
Dont be daft , we lost the match because the players dont want to play for our manager......why cant you and the other Mancini fans understand this?
Lets see the real truth about what has gone on when our owners decide to tell it to all and sundry...till then we keep supporting our club not the fucking manager.
Instead of slamming into everyone else's comments on the communication from the club, why not tell us what you think on the topic Carl.
So before you have a go at me for asking me that and not saying what i think myself, here it is.
City have shown they are not very bright or imaginative. Very poor handling of the situation that has left all at City prone. Not only could they have done better, they could not have handled it worse. City need a clear out if this is the level of expertise.
pd. ( the comms from City has got nothing to do with the decision making process ).
