THAT day in the league, the 3-5-2, the FA Cup final, the other FA Cup final, the Tevez saga, the Balotelli saga, European performances, the 6-1... The man frustrated me and delighted me in equal measures and it's because of this I'm still not sure how to react to his sacking. Deep down though I feel it's unfair and I'll definitely miss him.

It's apt that a man so involved in the superstitious should be asked to leave on the 13th day, exactly one year after his most glorious moment at the club and depressing that on a day where United celebrate the success managerial longevity can bring City are razing yet another era to the ground.

Should a player getting £200k a week need someone to motivate them to try and win the FA Cup final?

That's the fuckin problem!!

City aren't down Mick. Today is a relief. A good day.

I meant down as in a very bad situation Roger mate.We always bounce back and personally i would love the club to go with Pellegrini eveything i have learned about him these last few days tells me he could be the MAN!

No more football for me until August, the whole game is fucked up and despite us being the best we've probably ever been, I just don't give a shit.

No loyalty, no passion, no fucking idea what they are doing.

Sack the manager who finishes 5th, joint 2nd, 1st 2nd.

If Moyes finished 3,1,2 in his first 3 seasons would they sack him? NO THEY FUCKING WOULDN'T

Who do we bring in? Someone who doesn't know the players, or the league, or the opposition we play. A total change of all the coaching staff.

This sets us back 2 seasons in my opinion when all we needed to do was back Roberto.

This is the influence of Tixi fucking winky and dipsy and I DONT LIKE IT ONE FUCKING BIT.

Who do we bring in? A manager who will attack I hope.

No manager can survive if he has lost the dressing room and it's sounding like that's the crux of the whole thing. When your captain speaks like he did after the final defeat and lescott on the Sunday programme not to mention others he has had a go at there was clearly something seriously wrong.

@City_Watch: It will emerge that Mancini's relationship with the players reached a point of no return. So try not to be angry at City, it was inevitable.

They mean every aspect of the club, "root and branch" would have been used 20 years ago.

I'm glad it's over, as much as I wanted stability & liked Mancini & wouldn't have sacked him - I don't own the club & will support whoever comes into the hot seat - no one is bigger than the club time to ride this through together and onto happier times in the future

Fucking drama queens. Disgusted? Not renewing? No loyalty? How much loyalty did Bob show while he was negotiatong with Monaco when he believed he'd shagged our season at Arsenal last year?

We have sacked a manager who was failing at his job, that's all. Yer mincing fuckers.

It all comes down to who we bring in.

What is the point of sacking someone with no future plans laid down? With Hughes, Mancini was already lined up so I hope it's the case now.

The two Spanish idiots best get this sorted and impress me with someone very good (didn't want to write special because I don't want Maureen).
