Gutted it has come to this, thank you for the 6-1, the first trophy in 35 years and the most amazing football moment ever when we became champions. Goodbye and good luck.

Thanks Bobby, you did a great job overall.

I'll go along with this:

And this:

BobbyJ1956 wrote:Grazie, Roberto. You gave me the three best times of my (sporting) life since I was a boy, and that's 60 years ago. You said once that if one day you weren't Manchester City's manager you'd become their number one supporter in Italy, and I believe that. I wish you had kept your promise to Pantilimon and played him in the Cup Final because mostly you've been a man of your word; maybe you lost your temper with him the way you did with Carlos Tevez in Munich and spoke too quickly? Well, everyone's done that, it's forgivable. But otherwise, many thanks for all you've done for City. I saw the match at Wolves when you wore the scarf for the first time and I thought then that you identified with the supporters & with the club's traditions, so thanks for that. I wish you success and happiness in the future and hope you'll be back in Manchester one day, either as manager of a visiting team or as a welcome guest. Thank you for making the dream in my heart come true.

I don't know what has gone on behind the scenes but I do know City fans appreciate effort in their cause and do not forget.

Absolutely love the guy and wish him all the best.

x1 well said, i really do find this a harsh decision to say the least, one more year but it seems like they did not trust him.
Pellegrini i am not keen on at all, Chilean, Villareal, madrid(for one season) and Malaga are the main teams he has managed.

To my shame, I was the very first on here to call for Bobby Manc to be sacked - a long time ago now - but then he gradually won me over, culminating with that incredible few minutes last May 13th,

This season hasn't been right but I wonder how much player power and other internal politicking has contributed to that.

Even when I was calling for your head Roberto I went on record to say that I liked you. I still do, you are a blue hero, very good luck in all that you do in the future.

Thanks Bobby for being in charge when we won the league yes no body else has managed it in my lifetime but you have had the most resources.

Thanks sheikh Mansour for not being to sentimental and getting rid of a man that has £200 million worth of talent playing worse than Wigan.

Thanks Roberto. You should get an account here and slag of the next manager, it'll be good therapy for you.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Thanks Roberto you delivered the league trophy for the first time in colour & as a result also took down the banner from the swamp & had us playing some of the best football in the country.

Good luck for your future wherever that may be

Thank You Mancini. You allowed me to see City reach levels I could only ever dream of. Last year is more than enough.

I wish you well and hope to god you go with a good word about us and your time with us.

Good luck. X

It's more than love. Have you ever seen a butterfly land on a beautiful flower on a lovely summers day?

No. I haven't. Related, I had no idea that an Englishman had any concept of the concept of "summer." Niiiiiiice.

Yes I totally understand this Mase. Except its NOT love and that flower is usually my cauliflower. It's a deep rooted hatred for said butterfly and all the little fucking babies it leave behind!!!

Thank you for the greatest day of my life.

Thank you for the league title.

Thank you for the FA Cup.

Thank you for the FA Cup final.

Thank you for the best defence in the country consistently (I think the rare anti Mancini fans should care to notice how quickly and how much he sorted the defence out)

Thank you for the form of Zaba, Milner, Nasti.

Thank you for buying Sergio.
