What DID he say?
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Wasnt he on tele recently and asked about Mancinis methods and if he got on with him?
To which he replied something like that he was a good manager but difficult to communicate with or something to that effect.

It could have been from a while back I guess but it was in some news recently when speculation about Mancini being sacked was coming out.

It's stuff like this though. I mean I know it's 2013 and footballers are sensitive people very much in touch with their feminine side and all that but imagine someone moaning in 80's that they'd have problems "communicating" with their manager. Saying that about someone like Clough.

Again, I understand it's what you have to do these days but I'm only about to turn 35 and feel relatively young and how much the whole thing has changed in my lifetime.

Sorry I've read loads over the last weekend and gone from report to interview to this that and the other. There was something else where a player (Ithink) said that all communication for the defense is done through Kompany and then filtered through to the players.

I'm just trying to find a better understanding of whats gone on with the players really.

We'll know more after tonights performance eh!
