The only reasons I can see is to either safeguard the guy who is really calling the shots from any criticism or to have a decent target for Piccs to blame for anything from the pies being too cold to the bootlaces being the wrong colour.

Trixie is the boss of City football and he has already defined the new "HOLISTIC CITY WAY" of playing as 4.3.3. and what players we need to sign. We are really only looking for a puppet. Maybe we should have a choice to vote between fucking SOOTY OR BASTARD SWEEP.

You could have a point there pal. We must be following the Rag model with their new puppet.

TBH, I'd give Piccs the job. He could play attacking attractive football. Maybe 10 outfield strikers all wearing blonde wigs and red lippy. Though we'd be a bit fucked in Autumn with leaves on the pitch.

Or if we're looking for someone who can spot a cheap kid....What a pity...we just missed out on Stuart fucking Hall

These posts really made me laugh.

By the way, I voted for Klopp. But.... I'm not sure he has that many tricks in his book. We'll see next season.

My second pick would be AVB. I like him and think he oozes professionality and tactical knowledge. I also think he'd fit into the hologram.

Not even a statement from the main protagonists regarding which manager they want.

What's up, now all is square do we now feel the need to reel it all in?

It's a pointless exercise. The powers that be have already chosen, and the fans have no say in it at all. Since when has the board given a monkeys what our opinion is?

Go ahead, nominate Klopp, Jose, whoever, it matters not one jot.

You've just stated an opinion. Why?

I'll tell you mate, because you want a say on it.

Nope. I'm commenting on a subject discussion that is on an issue that has already been decided, and which the answer is already known. Ill give you a hint - it's Pellegrini.

Given Bobby M was sacked for not being holistic and Mourinho's previous relationship with our Spanish friends upstairs. Do you really think he is going to be top of our list?

Mourinho will bring short term success and that will be enough for some (I will say fuck all while he is winning) but he does not give a shit about club image, youth development, balancing the books or the long term plan any club he is at.

Might be a better option than Pellegrini who wont win anything.

I take it you have a crystal ball.

I think any half decent manager with this squad and two or three more players could win the league.

Nope, read the post. I don't want Pellegrini. However he has got the job anyway, hence this poll is pissing into the wind.
