Humble but looked proud as punch to be City manager. He did sound disgusted though.

Brian Kidd in praising City players shock horror. The players will struggle to react and will find this alien. Probably best he comes out and slags somone to the press in the next few days as the players will need aclimatising to positive praise!!!

disgusted, gutted and non-committal about putting in any kind of performance at Norwich,
he's still there cos he's a Manchester Lad who wants to be able to walk down Market St with his head up

He should have drilled Hart said the finishing was woeful and said Ezzz normal just to keep the balance.

Kidd is a top bloke and anyone who slates him is a dick i for one hope he stays at our club for a long time as he is a proper football man.
He was never me,me,me but always you, you, you

I didn't catch the interview but I'm trying to picture Kidd coming across as humble, proud and disgusted all at once. Not easy.

He looked sad and shocked, worked hard to praise players and close to thanking the Boss, He is old School, I wonder how his Hair dryer mate would cope with some of the slapped arsed cunts in our team. I bet a £1 to a penny he thinks some are cowards and some are just weak. I still wonder where Vinny was and why ? maybe nothing but being tired....

not that hard to display 3 emotions in 4 minutes 11 seconds.
But he did

Just watched it, seems a genuine guy.

Just could have done with a Potato Head mask on to start the interview then popping out half way through saying 'Sssshhhh it's me.... Brian'

No nonesense, like Kiddo a lot, hope something good comes out of this and he's kept on as assistant.

Appreciated Kiddo's interview and how he took the reins last night.

A football man who we will hopefully retain in some capacity. A win at Reading does not disguise the shit week weve had, and the shameful non-performance in a Cup Final. Some explanation for that shambles from our expensive playing squad would nice, as we've yet to have any really.

Kiddo was brought in by the board to assist Mancini, he wasn't Mancini's choice and that's when he went out and got Platt.

I think he'll retire this year, that was always the aim. He'll get a good send off this weekend, I'm sure.

Wasn't he brought in pre-Mancini? Hard to remember with us keeping managers for so long - oh for the good old days.

Definitely not Mancini's choice though and there were some comments on Radio Manchester last night that he hadn't been used properly. Wasn't said, but you could infer that Mancini didn't trust him as he wasn't his choice. Foolish if true

He was brought in to work with the young players as he engineered the revival at the swamp which resulted in their team having home grown players. Then he got promoted (same as at the swamp) & won the title (same as). Top man.

Mancini could have done worse than take a leaf out of Kidd's book. The best politician at the club.
