Anyone think the reaction of the Chelsea fans was a little subdued when the winner went in? The players go over to the corner flag to celebrate and many just stay sat down applauding. Odd.

Just wanted to say how much it disgusts me that every time they win something Terry brings his daughter to pitch and pretends being some sort of fucking family man with proper values. Dickhead.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Both sides of the stand were stood there doing fuck all when Chelsea lifted the trophy. Probably neutrals in both cases ( but with Chelsea fans, you never know).

As for John Terry..

They only got 12,000 for a stadium that holds 54,000. I think they ran to the friends of Uefa section.

If he's only played 7 matches then chances are he doesnt have any of those medals.
You have to play a certain number of matches in a competition to get a medal.

Fair play to Chelsea. They weren't at their best but found a way to win, unlike us on Saturday and we were facing a far far shitter opponent.

Highlight of the night, Platini again having to hand over a trophy to an English team. He had a face on him like someone had just pissed in his shoes.

If it helps, Mata also has an under 21 world cup and maybe even euro cup too.

I hate Chelsea like any right minded football fan but they have got a real monkey off there back tonight. United and Liverpool fans will always go on about having no history but am I right in thinking they are the first side to have both European trophies at the same time? They are also one the first English side to win all the major European trophies. That's the kinda of history most clubs would kill for.

This year was always going to be a rebuilding year for them and they have came out of it qualifying for the CL and winning a European trophy. Unlike Arsenal and Liverpool who have gone through rebuilding phases, they keep picking up trophies and momentum is key in that department. They like us on Saturday were crap tonight and out played by a much weaker side, the difference is they know how to win and seem to have a inner unity among their key players and do not give a shit who the manager is.

If they do appoint Maureen next year they will be the team to beat next year. A few big signings and add Lukaku to the mix and you have a very very good side.

This also raises some questions about Rafa. This will do wonders for his reputation, which was definitely slurred.

Where will he go now? Would Everton be interested in him and would he go there? Is there a chance Chelsea could keep him? Would we be interested?

Just seen some Chelsea fans interviewed on SSN about Rafa. We know they want Jose back, but not one hint of appreciation for the job he's done for them. A bit sad really.

I wouldn't neccessarily want him here, but he's a decent manager. Maybe not the best, but would do a job for any club that appointed him.
