They seem to be playing well but with little quality.

They've got some off the field issues, I think I read that anyway, with a big clearance happening this summer. So that could explain a lack of effort.

I like how the manager is on the edge of the pitch and not sat in his chair eating fruit pastilles

So pleased for Zola, I know they have loads of Italians on loan, and I despise Elton John (I know he's not the chairman now)
Hope Palace go up though, got a lot of time for Ian Holloway....read an interview last year, he mentioned his 2 children (who are both deaf) and how they 'put in perspective' his life in football. Got asked if Bristol City (with him being a Rovers stalwart) if they were in the premiership, and they offered him the job, he said "not a chance"
a TOP bloke....but if they come up - hope we thrash them twice !!!!

Wigan already down 1-0. Surely they're relegated now.

Come on Wigan. Do this again.

I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

The 4 M's on Wigan are their whole team: Maloney, McCarthy, McArthur, McManaman

Maloney was such a beast on FM2007. That didn't really pan out like it should've.

He has been unlucky with injuries but Martin O'Neil stopped him becoming the player he could have been.

He was an outstanding prospect but in typical MON fashion because he was not 6 foot tall bruiser he did not play him as much as he should have. I could not believe when he signed him for Villa, then promptly did the exact same thing.

Sadly his neither Maloney or McArthur show non of their club form for their country. McCarthy is also a decent player but never lived up to the billing he had when he broke though into the Hamilton team at 16.

With the way the lights are shining on the Real bench, Mourinho and his staff look like they are all doing Emperor from Star Wars impressions.

Extra-time. How that degenerate Ronaldo is still on the pitch I've no idea.
