Bloody hell mate, where have you been the last 40 years. City fans are famous for having whipping boys, occasionally deserved, usually not. There have been several threads about it on here.
The first thing I ever heard at a City game was Ian Bowyer getting slagged off by a bunch of the faithful. No reason for it, good player, just the latest whipping boy. Richard Edgehill is another that springs to mind, treated disgracefully. And so it goes on.
As for Dzeko, as has been pointed out, he's our top league scorer, but TBH would probably be whipping boy if he'd scored 30 this season.

If he'd scored 30 this season we would have won the league

More nonsense from City though thankfully that game had nothing on it for us.

Maths question, multiply Ya Ya Toure's effort level, by Kolarov's defensive ability level, by the quality level of James Milner's crossing, and then multiply all this by the teams performance out of 10 in the FA Cup final.

Answer - 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 = zilch.

Thank Christ this season's over. If Ya Ya Toure commences next season the way he's played the last month, he doesn't belong anywhere near the starting XI.

I've tried to have a reasonable debate with you about Dzeko and why I don't like him (by the way I haven't ever said I hate him so please don't put words into my mouth) but your posts just descend into childishness. The reason I asked you how long you have been a City fan for is simply that I think you only support City because Dzeko plays for us and therefore you are not a proper City fan, just another Bosnian Dzeko fanboy. Oh and you will always hate rags? So does half the country - doesn't make you a big blue

If i stay after Dzeko is gone would u stop using that card u are not City fan i have watch City before Edin come to City u can ask Blue in Bosnia that hes one of the main reason why i start to follow the club and become fan and really this is the first time i was defending him look at Swensea game my Comments on him my comments on Everton game on him u will see i m not Dzeko fan i m City fan , my favorite player in City is Silva .Why i start all this is because yesterday hes be ok how Yaya play and few others and in last 3 games score 2 and assist one but even that is not enough just to not shit abaut him , He score 14 goals in 16 starts i can bealive that u can call just shit on him all the time and u know without many of hes goals we would not be even in Champions league and i would not say a word if i saw once in a while to say something good abaut him and to say somthing bad abaut other players who is been shit to .If anybody else defend Dzeko u would not have that reaction .So i will not talk abaut him any more but please stop with shit i m not City fan ,And i did not say i will always hate rags i said i hate them dor long time , i hate them since 1999 really hate them and i really do not need your stamp to be a fan . I m fan to my self i know how much i like when we score and how much i hate when we lose .All the fans of Dzeko has left this page i mean just Dzeko because hes not what they expect to be and i think also hes underachive what i was thinking he il do but there was many factors in that. But still he gave that 4 to Spurs last season he score against Wigan that big 1 0 win score against Notts County the year we won Fa when we nearly go down from them score to Blackburn goal for champions league score against QPR that is goal who allow that AGUEEERROOOOOOOOOOOOO moment , this season go in 80 min and turn araund against West Brom , go in score against Fulham win goal , go in against Spurs score win goal score against Norwich 3 where we won 4 3 score against Arsenal Red on him witch made our job easy and who can forget that pass when Aguero score against Arsenal in League cup and this is all from top of the head , score 14 goals this season us 3 choise. So i really understan frustration he had awful games and u don't like how he play ok.And if u must call him every game shit and that makes u happy then ok go ahead but i think it s a bit to much compere to other players and compere what he did good for club and to be clear i think when he goes he will bag 20 + easy where ever he goes. And can we end this because 90 % he play hes last official season game for City.

Even though yesterday resembled a school yard kickabout at times for both teams, I think there were areas of genuine concern which imo show that it's not going to be piss easy for Pellegrini or whoever to automatically change the style of play from Mancini's method.

At Reading, we were much better from an attacking point of view, but when we lost the ball we were wide open. Reading were shit.

Against Norwich, we were also a shambles in midfield when we lost the ball. Ok, it was an experimental team & the players were clearly running on empty, but Rodwell for instance, even though he himself had a great game, does not offer the same kind of cover & protection for the defence as Barry or DeJong. Yaya was a fucking joke, but he is useless in that area too.

The third option, as some people were asking for when he signed; Nasri went in there & was like a ghost. Garcia appears not to be an option (& Pellegrini binned him immediately last time their paths crossed).

Rodwell & Yaya played together v Dortmund & Dortmund ran straight through them. They played to gether v Norwich & Norwich ran straight through them.

It's all well & good saying we should have a deep lying playmaker here & a box to box player there, but if we have no fucker actually protecting the defence, on occasion you get goals like Norwich's third.

The next manager is going to have to solve this problem if we are to play the all out attacking football people crave & also compete for the league etc.

Mancini found a method that worked for a season, then we were sussed. We will never know what he would have done next but if it just involved bunging Jack Rodwell next to Yaya, I don't think it would have worked for very long.

This is the thing Yaya was a sleep and u can see there how much Barry must run and cover. Its just to much secure place for Yaya .Hope Pellegrini would have players and balls to bench him after preformance like that.It was crazy how easy Norwich come to our last third and that third goal was a pure joke of defending , that guy did not even change direction just run at goal , Nasri left him Yaya just watch somebody else also and Richards need to come back to be fit .
