Read into it what you will - glad the season is over & looking forward to the next?
well, he says pretty clearly that he's glad the season is over and looking forward to starting fresh. Be interesting if Kompany is the one who lead the revolt against Mancini, and though it ended with Mancini getting the boot, it seems Vinnie also faced some punishment as well.
Whatever has happened, it appears that we have had a pretty fractured dressing room ... but it always seemed like our players got along really well with one another. So it would seem to follow that coaching staff and players were at odds, which is a horrible situation for any club to be in, but there will really only ever be one loser there, and it's the manager. The players are the prized assets and wield an amazing amount of power in the modern game.

A 19-man rebellion (of course if true) would be far from a fracture, it looks like unity (or mutiny) that the players with one exception seem to be on the same page. Let's just hope that whomever is put in charge can win the players hearts and minds, both current squad and the new players (not too mention the young guys that could play a role but had no opportunity under Mancini).

Keep in mind he is English, so it may be harder to move him because he is capable of the job and will help with the homegrown rules.

Im still bitter about the last match of the season,it was a disgraceful performance all round bar one or 2 players.Fuck knows what went on at the club but something stank.......and the smell is stil lingering.
Roll on a new manager , he will need to get rid of a few cunts for sure.
