Nope, read the post. I don't want Pellegrini. However he has got the job anyway, hence this poll is pissing into the wind.[/quote]
It's a discussion mate, nothing more.

Riijkard would be my first choice every time. I could see an amazing team being built and Vieira and him would make a great combination.

I take it you have a crystal ball.
I think any half decent manager with this squad and two or three more players could win the league.
Don't be silly , Hughes would have us in the relegation zone by Christmas.

I do wonder if Peller's would have been in second if he hadn't already been linked with us? To be honest, he wouldn't have even been on the list if he hadn't been linked already.
Big Fat Sam for me, he just needs the chance.

I dunno, a friend tipped me off about him last year and I've been more and more convinced as time has worn on, I was very excited when the rumours started a few months ago
Surprised nobody mentioned bielsa after his exploits with Bilbao last year

Last year? I first heard about it at the start of the year (newsnow, I think) but batted it off as rubbish. If your friend tipped you off last year you must've been talking to Tricky or Furry ;-)
PS. Nobody for BFS?

Not talking about the speculation in the media, I'm talking about a fellow 'Mancini outer' who put me on to Pellegrini as a talented manager who would be a good leftfield choice for city if they came to fuck Mancini off

BFS is too much of a footballing purest and has more interest in his teams playing beautiful football rather than winning football. He's not prepared to compromise and sacrifice his principles.
We need a Manager who will cultivate a more direct style with someone like Andy Carroll up front, in the 'good old fashioned English centre-forward' role.

Looks like we're a bit late, Carroll looks to be signing a deal with West Ham. Drat!
Oh, and they're saying that Lukaku could be on his way there as well.
