It's a promising noise that he's made from my perspective but I can't get too excited about it because it was just a noise and could be a smokescreen to hide an approach for Rafa or anything similar. At this time of the year there's a right load of bollocks talked to hide a right load of intentions - it's a coping strategy that's necessary in trying to retain a modicum of commercial confidentiality while living in a goldfish bowl of media scrutiny.

I hope it's true!
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

Is De Laurentiis the same person who produced the Science Fiction film 'Dune' ??

If so, I think that tells us all we need to know about this story.

That was Dino De Laurentiis. The chairman of Napoli is his nephew, also a film producer, who has a bit of a propensity for drama outside of cinema as well.

He also posted a pic before that, which says "dont quit"

He should have been long gone on a flight if his subtle pics are to be believed

so he's the bloke who built the car for "Back to the Future"?

Surely this thread should be 'Edin and Edinson'? Come on Paul use some creativity!

Many thanks for the clarification, my friend.

I thought the film was a pale representation of the book, which was ground-breaking in its time - and didn't do it justice.

I'm still very doubtful about this player exchange taking place as I feel Napoli are going to want far too big a cash adjustment to complete the deal.

Although it was a pale representation, as a stand alone sci-fi it was still enjoyable. A more faithful representation was the 2000 mini-series, though some of the acting is rather wooden.

Could've been both? Read that Benitez might use Cavani money to buy Torres at Napoli.

Yap i m sure that they talk abaut Cavani but it was said that it s not abaut Benitez . With Benitez manager Dzeko could agree on swoop i was thinking if Bob take over Napoli that deal would never go .But i think Edin and City waiting to see with Lewandowski what will be, that is best chance for quick transfer.

If Cavani is available for a swap with Dzeko what would you do?
