napoli - Edin and Cavani

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

If this deal is true about Cavani, we need to wrap it up soon if we are going to beat Madrid for his signature.

Also, I hear they are chasing Isco. Pellegrini needs to work his magic and make him follow him.

Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City are always thrown into transfer sagas. Helps with the pay negotiations.

And last year we lost out on a target to Chelsea, I don't want to lose one to either again this year.

Just some racist language that's regularly and embarrassingly posted on here by a kid who feels safe hidden behind his keyboard.
One day a mod on here might latch on to the fact that it's not acceptable and he'll be banned and we'll be happy.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

I spy Phil Jones in the background as the lad with the balloon on his head walks away. Such dedication, travelling all that way to see us. Must have struck a real chord that day in Sunderland. ;)

If Cavani is available for a swap with Dzeko what would you do?

What do u mean by that , wait and see if u mean u would not see me here .I m fan of City i like Dzeko but i m here first because of City and i m not going to give up from club i love just because Edin is going.

"He's scored a lot of important goals" made me laff. Several in fact!

Fucking spastic Bosnian refugees.

"Fucking spastic Bosnian refugees." This is really starting to be offensive, I have no problem with personal insult. This is getting really offensive to any Bosnian. Please stop, i m not arguing I ask you sincerely. Maybe you did not understand that the issue of refugees in the country that had a horrible shit 17 years ago is still a sensitive issue. So I ask you to bring the boundaries of good taste.Insult me if u have to .There are some limits and i understand that you can't not understand what is offensive to a nation. I do not think you're unreasonable ,to love joke and troling but it's a little too much.

Mate from my perspective..and I'm sure from Doom's also....it was not meant remotely seriously. And, it also wasn't aimed at you (more at the one who got so upset when I originally used it). A joke...albeit a crass one and if you are offended, this time, I apologise.

Mate I'm not saying this because of me, I think it has gone too far and that it is not for this site to talk this stuff. I guarantee you that this will offend a lot of people even though I understand that is mostly a joke and provoke a reaction. Just think it's gone beyond good taste. And just asking to take balance in that that is all.Thank you for the apology but i did not need one , i m not so sensitive because I know that the intention is not hate but would ask that if you can joke with moderate terms. Call them Dzeko fans ,"Fuckin Bosnian spastic refuges" it s bit to much for joke don't u think ?

I just said to take a bit take into consideration for other people who will not get that is a joke ,believe me "Fuckin Bosnian spastic refuges" will find on places u would not wanna to go and see hate there . You would not believe and do not understand just how much hatred we endure daily on net, this was just asking if you're avoiding that kind of jokes if you can .I do not want this to turn into a debate I know it's just joke but a little too much that's all . Going back to the topic, I just read an article that is to unknown player from Real Madrid offered 45 million and that information has to be the player could be Cavani.

That bid could also be for Bale ... i think the pres of RM stated he was pretty hot to trot for Bale. I'd love to see Bale leave spurs, but I would really love to have him here at City. I don't know if that is just a pipe dream or not, but if he's not coming here, best he leaves the prem, in my opinion.

Also, pretty reasonable request about a running 'joke' in poor taste

Spurs without Bale will be different story, one would expect that they would not fight for the CL .What if Madrid to sign Cavani and Falcao goes to Chelsea or Monaco , who will be our next striker target ?

If we keep the same players I'm not sure we

Need to bring in strikers, especially if we can bring in some width and some silva type skills. We need to strengthen in midfield both creatively and defensively and get back up for Komps and Nasty - apart from that I think we are actually in good shape - despite last year

Well supposedly Falcao has never been a target of ours (if Soriano is to be believed) so it just depends was Cavani does.
