It should, but we all know it won't. As long as City and the players handle it in the same way they have in the last 24 hours, I'll be happy. It's almost as if they let the press have their fun, knowing full well that around 72 hours later they are going to deliver a knockout blow firmly to their chin. Maybe SlurAlex leaving may slowly start to change press opinion, maybe it won't. I quite like the idea of giving the journalists enough rope and then kicking the stool away.

You're right, and hopefully with the next manager having good people skills, a real unity will be developed and our play will become more fluid and admirable.
