I love the translate button, you come up with some corkers.....

All this in 393 official matches, putting him as the sixth most capped Sevilla, surpassed only by Busto, Campanal, Manolo Jiménez, Juan Arza and Paul White, who leads this elite ranking with 415 crashes.

Paul fucking White, not quite what I expected as Sevilla's all time leading player!!!!

I remember plenty of similar comments about Silva.

Anyway, I for one am very excited about the prospect of a Zabaleta/Navas right side. Love this signing.

As for his homesickness, he wouldn't make a move like this if he wasn't alright. Plus he did over a month in South Africa back in 2010 for the World Cup so it's not like he's never left the village before.

Oh no. Silva was never pushed around despite being slight in stature.

When I say similar, I mean his size being used as a basis for forming preconceptions.

Yeah but anyone who had seen him knew how hard he was to bring down compared to his size. Navas on the other hand is pretty soft.

I don't see that as a major issue IF we are bringing him PURELY to hug touchline. What I do however find absolutely fucking hilarious is that Piccs is praising this guy yet hated Petrov because he didn't track back and try to win the ball back. Goes to show he has NEVER EVER seen this guy play. EVER.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

PS. I wish we'd got him last season.

Ha ha ha, a mate's just text me this:

A day after Chelsea announce the second coming, Man City actually buy Jesus. Talk about one-up-man-ship.

Brilliant. I reckon this will go viral with City fans soon.

I find it slightly embarrassing that we are signing a player when we don't actually have a manager........

We can only hope Pellegrini has approved it.

It's a bit strange isn't it? But we're going to have to get used to the Soriano/Txiki ways. They've had a good look and now they are moving and seizing control.

It's only to be hoped they know what they are doing, but then it seemed to work at Barcelona!

What I find even more hilarious is that you are so desperate to run me down that you have invented comments I've made.
I aint praising this guy at all because I have never seen him play.
Furthermore I hated Petrov for being incapable of beating his man and the softest shithouse I have ever seen on a football pitch. The only player I have ever seen actually run in the opposite direction to the ball to avoid a challenge!

You are up for a surprise.

And didn't you say that "what's wrong with proper wing wizard" regarding Jesus Navas? Oh yes you did.

Oh no I didn't.
When it was suggested that wing play wasn't attractive I suggested that wing wizardry, a good cross and an emphatic finish was beautiful football. Nothing whatsoever to do with whether this guy will do it well.
Like I said, you seem a bit desperate. But at least stick to what I said.

I have to say I'm intrigued to see how this will work out. a tricky and pacey winger again at eastlands. just watched some clips on the OS last night and clips of SWP reminded how I miss him! hope JN can provide same kind of excitement! ;)

could go either way I reckon and it is a risk from our perspective but he will bring something different to this squad which is obviously a bonus and if this works out it could be a very good move.

anyway, welcome to Manchester Jesus!

He certainly should supply us with an option we were sadly lacking last season.

It gives us an option we have been lacking for sure.

If all the itk types are on the ball, & the signings mooted are correct, I wonder if Pelle is biting off a bit more than he can chew as far as attacking football goes. The Premier League is a muggers alley.

Still, it will all be fun.

The same people who whinged (and still do) about Mancini for his "negativity" will be the ones up in arms about Pellegrini and his overly cavalier attitude?

Jesus Navas' average speed is 20.72mph - second only to Ronaldo in La Liga. PL left backs should be shitting bricks right about now.
