Maybe I'm being irish here but it sounds like matt dillon in something about mary, when he says "I love those little retards".

Is spastic the pc term?

There's very few things we should get really upset about, otherwise dont bother with forums at all.

I've a close family member who's spastic and although she's a gem, it's a big burden on the family to care for her and she herself has a lot of health issues to deal with. In short it's one of those things in life that's very sad.

This is what i did not wont . City fans have argue abaut Bosnians .I just say it was to much , people step over the line i m sure from a joke not hate but it was a bit recklessly post without thinking and I asked them to just because of the history and refugees to no longer write that and people have apologized and said they will not. No need to be more discussion about it. Insult me, insult Dzeko lovers but about refugees please do not. Because who knows the history of the Bosnian people and refugees who have not went out of their Country because they wanted, and many can be considered lucky as refugees because they could easily end up in one of the many mass graves. So lets no longer turns on the subject. This is a sports site and I believe that this will not happen again and that's just one thoughtless post with no intention to insult Bosnian people who believe me when I tell you see this kind of insult is more than enough on the net, which is one of the lightweight from those who truly believe it and wont to insult. So I ask you all to issue is longer under discussion .and to return to the sport.
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

Fuck me. Are we really here again?

Maybe Ant and I should get a retroactive ban so you cunts can feel a sense of justice?

Honestly, never in my life has either term been deemed as some horrifically offensive word. My alologies if your cultural experiences have been otherwise. I'm not trying to be flippant.

Have you noticed how every thread has turned into a bitchfest about something? The amount of threads that have turned into Mancini debates is insane.

How you got on the wrong side of a spastic debate is something I missed though. You realise you are going to hell now, right?

It gets on my nerves when someone comes out with "a member of my family has this" so you shouldnt take the piss.

Fuck off , its part of life on a forum and we arnt all called mary white house (apart from Dazby) so if you dont like the banter no matter how distasteful it can get then I would suggest you piss off to a forum where the rules dictate that all members must join cyber hands and sing "we are the world" every morning before breakfast.

Re; Golf , I played worse than a spastic the other day..lost 150 dollars.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

As a member of the Irish diaspora, I'd like to take offence at the use of the above (underlined) word. It's always a capital 'I'!

Spastic is a proper un p c word these days and I'm surprised to hear anybody use it to describe "a close family member". . . . Even if they are a spastic.

Ok fair enough, I take that point. I suppose the point was that if you've had personal experience of it you wouldn't like to see the term used in that manner.

It wasn't my intention to piss anyone off and I do understand that some places the term isn't seen as that offensive / in common use.

They're all hanging themselves on blue moan. Apparantley some one called chris cohen who works for rentboy tv has tweeted Cavani is a done deal and J Alberti who is a football agent has tweeted that Cavani has signed a pre contact agreement with the rentboys. A lot of ITK's knocking about.

I would imagine chris cohen is facing the sack for a start.

If true.. fuck him the spaz.

If were talking 54 million or whatever then hes just not worth it. I'd love him at the club but not at the cost of being raped financially. We'll get Isco and we have some good strikers Guidetti is due a crack too. I still reckon there's a marque signing to be made and it might be shocking.. (Hope)

I just hope it doesn't turn out like the Van Pussy situation.
If he is going to get us 20 - 30 goals a season, sign him up! One player could be the difference between winning the title and losing it.
