Can't be true, Brian Swanson hasn't got his mugshot all over SSN.

Shame really, and to rub salt into the wound, Mido has retired so we can't even sign him either

If you can interpret his vague and wooly 'can be read any way you please music clips' into something that makes solid sense then you're a better man than most Mr Sideshow.

I do hope it's true though!

Tolmie's Hairdoo on BM imparts information of an ITK basis through a series of clues. Usually music video's....so for example Abba's Fernando was used for the signing of Fernandinho.

He also uses his location to impart information such as "Crossing the Rubicon". This was a phrase originating from the times of Caesar. Caesar was killed by his senators, Mancini was metaphorically assassinated by his senators. This clue was imparted around three months before it actually happened.

Just examples.

I know about Tolmie as I've used bluemoan for many years. Apart perhaps from the Fernando / Fernandinho thing (which is more obvious than most) my concern about Tolm is that he mostly gives clues that are open to easy misinterpretation.
As example; crossing the Rubicon was taken into popular parlance as meaning that there was no turning back because Caesars legions crossed the Rubicon when advancing on Rome and that was the point of no return as he had effectively declared war on Rome by doing so. Caesar was eventually and famously killed by the liberal Brutus because he was a dictator but not because he'd crossed the red river.
In my interpretation the Rubicon thing could equally have been a pronouncement of Mancini's victory in a power struggle because crossing the Rubicon was what led most immediately to Caesar taking his position of ultimate power in Rome rather than a trigger for his death.
To my mind Tolmie probably is IKT but he masks his messages so effectively that you could take them to mean anything in the same way that you can read Mystic Meg and take any meaning you like from her wooly words if you're minded to do so.

Still hope it's true though.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

This better be fucking true ...

Can't decide which part of the deal I'm more excited about ... Getting rid of Dzeko and Kolarov in one go or Cavani coming in ...

This'll be fucking beautiful, if true ...

Id say a ban is in order for posting shite like this, which is a very Bluemoonesque.

Any deal with Kolarov in it wouldn't be true unless Napoli were utterly clueless - I suspect they are not - but if you do want to post utter bollox transfer stories dreamt up in your own mind, Twitter is the place for it. There's more itk's on there than a meeting of the secret service.

Don't mean to tell you how to moderate but why not just delete the thread?

Same goes for the other farcical threads in which posters have their handbags out.

why would it be a ban? a regular poster talks some shit that no one can see even any hint of in the media. Why would you believe it for a single second.

The reaction from many was slightly comical...myself excluded of course.

cheers

After doing this for many years, deleting threads just makes another one pop up, a close thread with a message explains the reason for it. This board usually self moderates but in this instance it was what I would class as senior posters taking things as far as possible like they used to with no holds barred.

Happy for you to keep providing tips though :-)

Hadn't thought of that.

It's a shame really because this is a great site but just lately it has become a bit of a farce.

I don't envy the mods that's for sure.
