How about waiting for him to convince the sceptics first that he is the right man for the job before having a song for him?

Failing that, what is wrong with the current one we sang at Wembley about him?

Think it went, 'you can stick your Pellegrini up your arse.."

How original.

I merely stated why dont we see how he goes first. Not unreasonable given his lack of trophies on his CV

No it wasn't original. Sorry to burst your bubble. You clearly are easily wound up so take it easy and pipe down.

I hope Pellegrini does well but i make no apology for being sceptical and unhappy at his appointment. Therefore i reiterate that we may not need a song for him yet.

Also as you seem to have no sense of humour i wasnt advocating repeating the songs sung at Wembley about him, that was purely tongue in cheek.

i apologise for my clear lack of a GSOH, you are obviously a right laff, and i simply can't match that.

i thought you were suggesting we shouldn't support our own manager before he's even had the chance to piss anyone off - but i accept you were right all along, and we should in fact cock-a-snoop to this new invader until he's won something special like the carling cup or BGT. then we can invent a song for him. until that momentous day - strictly no songs.

How about:

Oh Pellegrini
He’s not Mancini
If he’s a winner
I’ll buy him dinner
If he’s a loser
There’s no excuse-ah
We won’t back him
I hope they sack him
Oh Man-u-el
Can go to Hell
If in the Big One
It’s less than 6-1
Oh Engineer
You’re outonyourear
If we don’t win
Everything
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Think we got our winner here!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I saw a vid on youtube of the most mentally subnormal bunch of wankery City fans I've ever had the misfortune to set eyes on, all singing that song.

They made rags look normal.
