I disagree. I think we've had two seasons of growing pains with the lesbian. This season with more competition for his place he'll really come out of the closet.

I don't trust Nasri at all, so I wouldn't shed any tears if Pellegrini got rid of him. I do however think that he could be miles better than he has shown for us or on the whole for Arsenal & France. If the Count thinks he can get that out of him, then I'm happy enough to let him try PROVIDED we do sign Isco or someone of a similar style. I don't want to entrust our creativity to just Nasri & Silva after their limp, uninspired performances last season.

Although tbf I think people will be surprised when the find out what Fernandinho actually does.

Oh yeah, if 'grini wants to give him another crack I'm all for it but one of the biggest mistakes we made last season was to expect so much from Nasri mainly because we failed to get Hazard. We really can't afford to make that mistake again.

For me Nasri seems like yet another wonder kid who never quite fullfilled his potential. It's just so frustrating because you see the massive potential but he seems to lack the hunger. He concentrates on looking good more than being efficient. His constant efforts to dribble without actually moving anywhere makes me pull my hair out. Someone should say to him "look Samir, that's their goal over there... keep your head up and always try to find shortest route there".

The problem was that he has the speed and ability to beat a player but was so focussed on not losing possession that he pulled out of potentially defence splitting situations. Is that due to a lack of confidence? Or playing to instruction? Or a combination of the two?

Its a good question. I always put it down to him being a shithouse French Duke who chose the easy option rather than risk the brave pass. But maybe he was playing to instruction and Hells Pells will encourage him to look for the killer ball more often.

well ive not posted for a while and even then I didnt post much.
Ive been sitting back and trying find out what I can about our new boss, and even now im still not that clear as to what to expect from this coming season. We look to have got a couple of interesting new players yet nothing out of this world and mind blowing. We are still yet to see some big movements in what better players decide/told to leave once he gets to work with the team, this will have a big impact of how things will turn out and also give us a better idea of how the new boss will try to take the team forward.
At least there has been major changes with the other top 2 teams, giving us a good chance to keep up while he gets to grips with the prem and then who knows. A fantastic help is the keeping of Kid, he should help no end and I actualy think its a very good decision.
Im looking forward to the new season of course but I cant say that im excited like I was at the start of last year, well that may not be a bad thing looking at how it turned out.

He plays short, quick, 1 touch passing. He combines defensive discipline and attacking flair together. He sometimes plays with a rigid formation away from home 4-5-1, when at home he plays a wide, fluent 4-2-3-1. That's all I know! :D
