Not seen any stand out threads dedicated to our centrebacks. I thought they were great in the last 2 games and this is what is needed for them. confidence. Obviously they aren't the complete package yet, but they are showing signs of understanding each other better now, and I was totally underwhelmed by Lescott in the first few games, but now he's starting to show why we've paid so much for him. he looks rock solid.
Toure's challenge on Drogba after Bridge fucked up was class too.

I agree, they really are starting to look solid together. David Pleat has written an article praising them this morning, highlighting how they are both able to cover our full backs effectively. Lescott is immense at the moment winning everything, and Kolo's positioning and pace are excellent.
Crucially I've seen them congratulating each other after key tackles, hopefully they get on and can be City's foundation for years to come.

I think they will come good.
There is no doubting their ability...I think it is just taking time for them to understand each other
Hopefully they have now started to turn that corner

think Toure's distribution from the back leaves alot to be desired. He nearly cost us on Saturday (as he nearly cost us in the Arsenal game) by lazy passes forward

I think they have been pretty solid all season in matches and have never looked overrun. What has been our downfall is silly individual errors during each game which we have been fully punished for. It could of happened again on Saturday when Barry passed it back blindly but we got away with it :-)

Toures been class since we bought him but Lescott has really come into his own lately. I guess it's just to do with how they play. I am happy with them right now but worried about Jan when Lescott once again has to pair up with somebody new for a month.

I THINK YOU WILL FIND THE BIGGEST CULPRIT IN THE LAST 2 GAMES WAS NED........ALL THE HYPE ABOUT THIS GUY IS SURPRISING TO SAY THE LEAST.
AS HE HIMSELF HAS SAID...HE,S GONE BACKWARDS AND SHOULD STAY IN THE RESERVES TILL FURTHER NOTICE.
(HAVING SAID THAT WE ARE VERY LIGHT AT THE BACK DUE TO INJURIES)
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"
