I think you'll find that it's you who's distracting from a very pertinent thread but, if it helps get you back on topic, go back a reread because you'll find that I did ask him outright but you jumped in as if he wasn't capable of responding to my question (which was stupidly condescending towards the guy). You then went a bit weird when I straightened you out. Ergo; it's you clogging up the thread so get real and drop the subject or at least don't complain when you act daft and people put you right.
what people come on here to do herb?
post utter garbage like this?
this was the point i was making. you had the choice to sound condescending and you took it.

I'm getting sick of the bullshit that seems to stem from your keyboard on most of these threads. Stop slapping dicks and take it to PM as it's getting old now. If you don't want to seem to be loosing face (however i don't think anyone would give a fuck) the just post 'taking to PM'

Grow up please.

You seem to be trying to get into some of the main contributors of this forum, and for me its ruining things so poddle off or please reassess your attitude and maybe look into changing your coping mechanisms. I will FOE you from now on.

Sorry to jump into this thread with this, my guts hurt and i'm no happy chicken. Carry on please.

On topic: If Isco doesn't sign, the alternatives are to make sure we keep Tevez for his work around the box, have faith in Rodwell to stay fit and be a box to box player, English to boot, and have faith that Nasri will be as good as he was at Arsenal and as he was at the end of last season. Maybe Isco would have been bits of all those things in one but if he doesn't come I'll be happy with the above. Off topic, having never met Ant or Carl I can't say what they're like in person but their posts suggest they'd be about as welcome as a radio on too loud & playing gangsta rap.

I would've pointed out why I responded to your embarrassing interjection in the first instance but you're only looking to cause a fuss to make yourself feel like billy big bollocks so I won't bother. Now can you zip it and let folk get on with the topic?
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

We only need a forward imo , its not doomsday if we dont sign another player like Isco.

Off topic ,I hate rap of any kind.

From reading this thread I have learned that Herb is a condescending cunt towards people who don't use words like 'ergo', and seems to be the only person dishing out threats.

Not been here long, but already marked himself out as a cunt.

Besides, anybody who uses the word 'ergo' is automatically a pompous cunt.

I don't give a fuck who we sign instead of Isco, we don't need any more players - unless we are moving a few on.

He has just about all the skils needed as well as good pace & a good engine. He's not pulling up trees right now but it wouldn't take much to get him back on track & for him to become the star of the next Spain U21 side. I'd like us to gamble before everyone else.

Of course, when signing players that young, it has to be balanced out by the players we already have in our youth teams. If Txiki & Vieira think we have similar coming through, then there is little point signing 20 year olds.

This is exactly who I was thinking about too.

Or, and I doubt Napoli would sell, Insigne.

I don't think it's a disaster, because Fernandinho will add to the attacking mid even though he will probably play deeper. But it would still be better not to have to rely on Silva & Nasri as our main inspiration, in case they have none, like last season.

Isco is more like a forward imo though. Not a striker but he does all his best stuff in the attacking third & imo is more decisive than Silva & Nasri (but even less use when you lose the ball). A bit of his magic could rub off & get those two playing with a bit more imagination & goal threat.

He would be great entertainment too.

No that De Whatsit cunt would never let him go to us, especially as we've called his bluff over Cavani. Would be a great signing though.

I'd quite like us to move on Alexis Sanchez.. you know the one we lost a couple of year ago.. if we lose out on Isco.

Chilean (Pelle should like him), fast as fuck, available after barcas move for Neymar pushed him effectively out and most importantly of the age and quality we are looking for.

Plus city know all about him, we must have a huge dossier on him from his udeni days!

We dodged a massive bullet missing out on him a couple of years ago. Vastly overrated in my opinion.

I don't think our relationship with Barca prospered after we hired Cheeky & Furry, 'virus sales' spring to mind.

If the falcon can't persuade Isco to come here Madrid must have promised him the world imo.

I disagree. If he goes to RM its because its Real Madrid, biggest club in Spain and quite possibly the world. Its in Spain - near to friends and family. No language issues. The only issue re not being in the side has been addressed by Zidane. He may think that he will never get the opportunity to play for Madrid again. Its World Cup year so he will get maximum exposure/opportunity. If he goes to RM I would totally understand his reasoning. If he goes there to then sit on the bench that says all you need to know and perhaps we are better off without him. After Wayne Bridge I have no time for benchwarmers......

It seemed like we dodged one in the early part of his time at barca but he has really kicked on this season and started to come of age.

It's a kick in the teeth to him that barca bought Neymar. I personally think we could do a lot worse than him and might be able to pick him up at a reasonable price (if all the barca bridges arn't burnt)

However our Isco rivals, Real, are touting Di Maria about as they want shot of him to fund Bale. Another player there who is well worth a punt should Isco not come off.

Moral of this thread: Plenty of fish in the sea.

49 games, 11 goals, 14 assists this year. At 24 years old, he has a good 6+ years of top level play ahead of him.

Not a terrible investment imo. (depending on price that is).

I'm only speculating over potential options is all, I can't say I've watched him much so you my be correct in your assessment that he has gone backwards. This said even if he has regressed, i'd be happy with a goal/assist return like that from a winger.
